Optional — but the more we know, the more useful the scope call.

We respond within one business day.
FAQ

Questions we hear before the first call.

Is the scope call free?
Yes. The first call is on us. We use it to understand your model and tell you which registrations apply. You'll leave the call knowing whether Greenlit is the right fit — and if not, who would be.
Do you work outside Canada?
No. Greenlit is Canada-only by design. We file federally — FINTRAC, the Bank of Canada, the CSA — with provincial overlays where they apply. If you need an international license, we can recommend specialists who do that work.
How are fees structured?
Fixed fees, written into the proposal before any work begins. No billable-hour clock. The scope and the price are visible on the same page so you can sign off knowing exactly what's coming.
When does the AML program work begin?
The program is built in parallel with the application — they have to match, and a regulator can tell when they don't. By the time your registration is confirmed, the program your CCO needs to run the business is already in place.
What's out of scope?
Cannabis, liquor, online gambling, offshore jurisdictions, and securities issuance or prospectus filings. If your business sits in one of those, we're the wrong firm — and we'll say so on the call.

If a form's not your thing.

The form is the fastest way to start a scope, but if you'd rather email, book direct, or DM us first — these all reach the same desk.
